In three randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 12-week studies, the lipid-altering efficacy and tolerability of EZETROL 10 mg was evaluated when administered with atorvastatin (n = 628), simvastatin (n = 668), or pravastatin (n = 538) compared with those statins alone in patients with hypercholesterolemia. The range of statin doses, alone or with EZETROL, was 10–80 mg for simvastatin and atorvastatin, and 10–40 mg for pravastatin. ^2,3,5
